The 0.9beta of cdrip.exe is out. It's the command line interface to the CDRip.dll, that will take the functions of cdparanoia in a win32 environment.

About

musikonverter is a GUI cd-ripper - mp3-/ogg-converter - normalizer - renamer - player for Linux/Windows. musikonverter is an all-in-one solution, that will keep the number of programs you'll need for effective music management very low (hopefully 1). It uses wxWindows, cdparanoia/CDRip.dll, lame/oggenc, mp3gain/vorbisgain, audiere, libcddb. I want to keep the interface as simple as possible, but make all expert settings (for example from lame) accessible.
Have a look at the docs (with screenshots).
